HGV Driver
Standish, Greater Manchester (driving to sites throughout the UK) 

The Company 

Ainscough Industrial Services is an industrial engineering services group that provides turnkey engineering solutions to customers across the UK and Europe.  

We are now looking for an HGV Driver to join our team in Standish and support our collection and delivery activities throughout the UK. 

The Benefits 

- Salary of £11.63 per hour 
- Overtime payable after 9 hours on Monday – Thursday and 8 hours on Friday
- Saturday paid at time and a half (double time paid after 4 hours)  
- Sunday paid at double time 
- Overnight lodge payments at £40 per night plus meal expenses at up to £20 per night when working away

The Role

As an HGV Driver, you’ll deliver and collect a range of plant, machinery and equipment at sites throughout the UK. You’ll also deliver and remove large gas vessels for one of our major clients. 

About You 

To join us as an HGV Driver, you’ll need: 

- Experience of driving HGV vehicles 
- Low loader and abnormal load experience
- A clean, valid driving licence 

Please note, due to our vehicle insurance requirements, the successful candidate must be aged 25 or over. 

A forklift truck or Hiab licence would be beneficial to your application.
