- Preparing agendas and taking minutes at meetings
- Basic financial administrative tasks (monitoring petty cash, procuring goods and services)
- Supporting with quality assurance, compliance and audit management reporting processes

Interested? If so, you will need to:

- Be working towards/possess a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) or have relevant administrative experience in a busy environment such as a regulated setting (care home, children’s home, healthcare or education setting)

- Be highly organised and methodical in your approach to tasks

- Plenty of enthusiasm, initiative and great problem-solving skills

Please be aware that the Admin office is on the first floor and there is a lift. However, the role involves frequently receiving visitors, taking deliveries, escorting contractors and service engineers around the building, and delivering messages to staff in and around the home. It is essential therefore that you have a good level of mobility to support with all of these tasks.
