A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plant Area Supervisor to help lead the Team at High Legh Garden Centre.

As Plant Area Supervisor you will be responsible for

•Delivering high standards of merchandising and displays
•Ensuring the customer enjoys exceptional service and advice
•Stock control with a high level of house keeping
•Help Leading a team of staff to perform to the best of their abilities
•Excellent knowledge of plants, plant care and maintenance
•Have the ability to manage and develop a team of staff in the absence of the Plant Area Manager
•Have an energetic personality with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Previous experience of working in a similar retail environment is essential, along with supervising a team of staff.

This is a full time position 40 hours over 5 days which will include weekends so flexibility is a must.
