About Us

We’re Alderwood, a specialist care organisation supporting service users on the autism spectrum disorder and challenging behaviour.

Providing care and education as part of an integrated support system, we run a number of small homes with a family-type feel to enable our service users and residents to feel at home and comfortable.

We’re now looking for a number of Relief / Bank Support Workers to join our teams in Cransley, Northamptonshire. This is a casual, ad-hoc role working shifts that can be booked with the respective home managers.

What will my role involve?

As one of our Relief / Bank Support Workers, you will provide a high level of support to residents across Alderwood LLA or your allocated home.

Taking a holistic, person-centred approach to care, you will:

- Help to deliver bespoke care and learning plans
- Assist with a range of leisure activities, including trips out into the community
- Support our residents to increase their independence
- Carry out domestic and catering duties

This is an ad-hoc role with shifts available as follows:
Early: 7.15am – 2.30pm
Late: 2.15pm – 9.30pm.
Waking Night: 9:15pm - 7:30am
