Servelec Technologies is a market-leading provider of remote telemetry units, secure SCADA systems and business optimisation software.

As part of our exciting growth plans, we have recently acquired Primayer, which will add data logging and leak detection solutions to our suite of exceptional products.

We are now seeking an HR Advisor to join our team and support the smooth running of our HR function. This role will be based at Primayer’s site in Denmead and will involve regular travel to Reigate.

The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will support the running of our HR function and provide professional advice, guidance and coaching on policies and procedures that cover the full employment life cycle.

Working as part of our wider HR team who are based in Eckington, you will:

- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Implement our people plan
- Occasionally travel to other company sights and regularly travel to Reigate
- Complete a wide range of administrative duties

About You

To be considered as an HR Advisor, you will need:

- Experience in a generalist HR role and/or a CIPD membership (or higher)
- Previous experience of implementing a new idea or way of working
- An up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical working approach
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Cultural fluency
