Chief Product Owner

Servelec Technologies is now progressing through a period of exciting change and growth. To support this, we need a Chief Product Owner who can lead, inspire and empower a growing team of Product Owners and the wider PMO team.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, manage and develop the PMO function and take overall responsibility for the quality delivery of a broad range of projects for our clients
- Provide deep analysis of the programme/projects schedule and ensures it is robust, coherent and optimised
- Achieve profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives
- Nurture and develop the agile teams to build world-class products

Key experience you will need:

- A successful track record of managing a PMO and complex projects
- Previous experience of setting up and manging a programme office for large transformation programmes
- An understanding of PMO methodologies and frameworks from an Agile environment, including involvement in Scrum/Kanban teams
- Evidence of the ability to provide coaching and development for less-experienced team members
- The ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and have the broad knowledge and commercial aptitude to contribute ideas on all aspects of the organisation with the gravitas to influence at the most senior levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear, concise and relevant communication style, including excellent presentational skills
