We are now looking for an Administrator to join our Finance Team and support the financial health of our Institution.

Your Role

As an Administrator, you will provide support to our Finance Team and the Finance Board as well as a banking admin service to member committees, and credit card administration.

Supporting the organisation of Finance Board meetings, you will ensure that all admin requests that relate to banking facilities of fund transfers are dealt with efficiently.

Your role will also involve:

- Managing all new starter’s corporate credit cards
- Working with the HR team, as part of Finance, to account for employee costs and expenses
- Help to identify, classify and post capital costs
- Work with IT to prepare analysis and reporting for the Digital Steering Group
- Provide assistance to the Head of Finance as required

About You

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in a process driven administration role
- The ability to work with different Microsoft systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- A level (or equivalent) qualifications

Experience of working within a finance team or environment would be beneficial to your application. The willingness to study for an AAT would also be an advantage.
