Salary scale: £27,331.20 - £30,284.80 per annum (inclusive of night premium)
Working hours: Full time (40hrs) - Maternity cover-fixed term contract for 12 months
Location: Dartington, Totnes

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our night team at Robins, our 10 bed Residential & Respite Home.

Our Team Leaders assist and support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in providing effective day-to-day management of Lifeworks Robins provision by delivering the very best short breaks and Residential Services for children and young people with Learning disabilities and/or complex needs.

Interested in joining us? You will need to have:

• Diploma at Level 3 in either Children and Young People and extensive experience in a similar Team Leader/Senior role.

• Other professional/childcare/social care/management if above not held

• Knowledge of the needs of learning disabled children and young people and best practices

• Level 2 or above Safeguarding Children Training

• Knowledge of Children Homes Regulations /Ofsted Inspection framework
