Our Digital and Technology Services Team is currently going through an exciting period of change and we are looking for someone to broaden our existing resources and improve the way we operate within our digital operating model.

The Role

As the IT Infrastructure Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity to get involved with highly important projects for the business and transform how our organisation operates.

In your role, you will:

- Administer, configure, support, and maintain IMechE’s infrastructure platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the technology services together with other departments.
- Provide support to IMechE stakeholders including staff and members.
- Ensure policies and procedures relating to the infrastructure and systems of the business is adhered to.
- Work closely with other colleagues to continually improve our relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

To join, you will need:

- Experience of providing third-line support to a Microsoft Windows-based estate.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies as detailed in the job description.
- Proven experience of administration, configuration and support in virtualisation, networking, storage and cloud platforms including Azure.
- Experience in managing and liaising with external and internal parties to deliver and support IT systems among others.
